- The amount of sugar is reduced, trehalose,palatinose are added to reduce the sweetness. Trehalose is a natural
disaccharide that has the characteristics of anti-aging, excellent moisture retention, and low sugar content.
Yanggangae gift set reduces the amount of sugar, and uses trehalose.Compared to ordinary bean jelly,
it is a different kind of sweet and soft taste. Palatinose is a small amount of sugar contained in honey.
It is slowly digested and absorbed as a low GI sugar that can lower blood glucose level when used instead of sugar.
Yanggangae products are nutritional snacks containing these palatinose.
